Great buoyancy control often defines a skilled scuba diver. It can reduce your air consumption; enables you to ascend, descent and hover at will and helps you preserve the underwater environment.
How it works
Time commitment
This course is completed over the course of a whole-day trip to an open water dive site, consisting of 2 dives.

Optimising weight systems and scuba gear.
How to always control buoyancy in a wetsuit or dry suit.
Effective finning techniques to glide effortlessly through water.
Hovering effortlessly in any position.
Navigating tight spaces.
Streamlining & trim and their importance.
How proper buoyancy control can reduce air consumption.
Pre-requisites
Participants must be aged ≥ 10 years.
Participants must have a PADI® Open Water, a PADI® Junior Open Water or another qualifying certification.
