How it works
This course is stimulating, exhilarating and, most importantly, great fun.
Students work closely with their instructor to fine-tune their skills and develop their problem-solving abilities, both in and out of water.
Becoming a Divemaster is a significant commitment Unlike other PADI® certifications, Divemasters typically earn their certification over the course of a year.
Structure of the internship
To start with, you'll receive PADI® eLearning, covering:
what it means to be a Divemaster.
working with student divers.
working with certified divers.
physics.
physiology.
equipment.
giving dive briefings.
You'll eventually move to the practical side of the course, encompassing:
leading guided dives.
giving dive briefings.
assisting with classes.
conducting PADI® ReActivate courses.
Pre-requisites
Participants must be aged ≥ 18 years.
Participants must have a PADI® Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
Participants must have completed 100 logged dives.
We can supply all of the equipment necessary for this course.
